Service areas

We serve seven counties at our published rates. Addresses outside them are priced by the mile, and we quote them by hand before anything is charged.

Outside the seven counties

We can often still help. The tier price applies, plus $1.00 a mile round trip, and the order shows as 'needs a quote' until we have priced it. Nothing is charged until you have seen the quote.

A ZIP code we do not recognize

We confirm the address and quote it by hand in the same way, so the price you see is the right one.

Metro ZIP codes cross county lines

Many Denver metro ZIP codes cross county boundaries. 80123 is in Arapahoe, Denver and Jefferson counties. 80212 is in Denver and Jefferson. 80603 is in Adams and Weld, and Weld is outside our service area. 80020 covers Broomfield, Adams and Jefferson.

For that reason, we do not rely on the ZIP code alone. The order form asks you to confirm the county, and the county you confirm always takes priority over our lookup table, so the proof names the correct county.

If a ZIP code extends outside the seven counties but the address itself is in the metro area, we still price it at the metro rate. We confirm the address before applying the tier price instead of mileage.

What coverage means

Within the seven counties, the tier price applies and we hold ourselves to the turnaround on the rate card: first attempt within 3 business days on a standard serve, within 24 hours on a rush, and the same day on a same-day order placed by 11:00 am with the documents in hand.

Coverage does not guarantee that service will succeed. Addresses go out of date, and some people avoid the door. If we cannot serve, you receive a signed declaration of every attempt, and you can order a skip trace at $75, or $40 if no new address is found.
