Kestrel Legal Support Operations LLC is a Colorado company serving the Denver metro. We serve legal process, take documents to the courthouse, and provide in-person mobile notary services wherever you need them.

Every order has one point of contact, from intake to the signed proof. When you have a question about an order, you will speak with someone who knows its history.

How we work

Accurate records. Each attempt is logged in the field with its date, time, address and outcome. Every declaration is prepared from those records, and only from the entries marked for use in it.

Clear limits. If we do not recognize an address, we price it by hand rather than estimate. Questions about your case belong with an attorney, and we will point you to the right resource rather than answer them ourselves.

Realistic expectations. Service is not always successful. When it is not, you receive a record of every attempt. If early attempts show the address is bad, we contact you before making the rest, and you decide whether we stop, search for a new address, or continue.

What we do not do

We are not a law firm. We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice, draft pleadings, choose a court for you, or tell you whether the service we performed meets your legal requirements. If you do not have an attorney, your county court’s self-help staff and the Colorado Judicial Branch Self-Help Center can explain procedures and forms, and Colorado Legal Services and the Colorado Bar Association can help you find a lawyer.
