Rates
Every rate we charge is on this page. Court and clerk fees are passed through at exactly what the court charges, and paid parking at exactly what we paid. The quote you accept in the order form is itemized, and it is the price for your order.
We are not attorneys and cannot give legal advice. We cannot tell you which court to file in, what your deadline is, whether service was sufficient, or what a document means. Those are questions for an attorney or for the court's self-help center.
Process service, per party
Parties at the same address are served on one stop; the second and later parties there are charged at the extra-party rate.

Court services
Clerk and court fees are separate and passed through at cost.

Mobile notary
Colorado requires notary fees to be disclosed in writing. The notary fee is capped; travel, after-hours and facility-visit fees are not, and are listed separately on every quote. Before we notarize, we tell every signer each fee for the appointment and give each signer a written list of them, including any fee your firm or another person is paying.

| Past due | If an invoice is more than 30 days past its due date, new orders are prepaid until it is paid. Past-due amounts accrue interest at 8% a year. There is no late fee. |

The rush guarantee
If we miss the first-attempt deadline on a rush or same-day order, we automatically refund the difference from the standard rate: $60 for each party charged at the rush rate and $130 for each party charged at the same-day rate. The service continues as ordered. On an invoiced order, the refund appears as a credit on the invoice.
The refund is due as soon as the deadline passes, whether or not an attempt has been made by then. You do not need to request it.
Parking
Paid parking is common in downtown Denver. When we have to pay to park on a serve, a court run or a document delivery, you pay exactly what we paid, with the receipt in your portal. We cannot quote it in advance, because we do not know whether a free space will be available or how long a wait will take, so it is billed once the job is finished. We will not charge more than $30.00 in parking on one order without asking you first, and if we bill parking in error, we refund it.
- If you paid at checkout: it is charged to the same card, once, with all of the order’s parking in one charge, as you authorize with a checkbox at payment. If that charge does not go through, or you approved parking above $30.00, Stripe emails you a link to pay by card, due within 14 days.
- If your account is invoiced monthly: each order’s parking is one line on your next invoice, paid by ACH or check with the rest of the invoice.
We email you when parking is charged to your card or when a payment link is sent. We do not send text messages about payments.
Outside the seven counties
We serve Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Denver, Douglas and Jefferson counties at the rates above. For an address outside those counties, we add $1.00 a mile round trip to the tier price. The order shows as “needs a quote” until we have priced it, and nothing is charged until you have seen the quote.
If we do not recognize the ZIP code, the order is quoted by hand in the same way.
Work not listed here
For unusual work, a standing arrangement, or a volume that does not fit the tables above, please contact us and we will send you a written quote. We will not exceed a published rate without telling you first.
E-filing and litigation support
We do not currently offer either service, so neither has a rate on this page. If you need papers filed with the court, a court run handles it at the counter: we take the papers you have prepared and signed to the clerk, file them or pick them up, and bring back the receipts or certified copies. You remain the filer.
Rate card version 1.5.0, effective 2026-10-25. Every figure on this page is read from that file at build time, so it is the same rate card the server quotes from.
