From $89 per party
We take papers you have prepared and signed to the clerk, file them or pick them up, and bring back the receipts or certified copies. We also deliver courtesy copies to chambers, courier documents for apostille, and offer a daily route for firms that file every day.
From $55 per run
We meet you at your office, a hospital, a care facility or a jail. The notary fee is stated separately, as Colorado requires.
$15 notary fee per document, plus travel from $45
Give us the party's name, the address and the county. If the ZIP code crosses a county line, we ask you to confirm the county so the proof names the correct one.
Upload your documents as PDFs. They are stored encrypted, and printing is included.
Each attempt is recorded with the date, time, address and outcome, and its location is captured in the field. You can follow progress on your tracking link.
A signed declaration, as a PDF in your client portal, whether or not the party was served. The portal keeps your copy, so you have the document even if an email is filtered.
Every order has one point of contact, from intake to the signed proof. Status updates reach you by email as they happen. After two prepaid orders, firms move to a net-30 monthly invoice, and fifteen or more serves in a month earns 10% off that month's service fees.
You can order a serve without an account. Before you pay, we show you what we need and exactly what it costs. We cannot tell you which court to file in or what your deadline is; an attorney or your court's self-help center can help with those questions.
Every order comes with a tracking link that shows the status and the attempt timeline, which you can share with your client. Every attempt is recorded with its date, time and outcome. The full order details and your signed proof are kept in a client portal, so the proof never depends on an email getting through.
If we miss the first-attempt deadline on a rush or same-day order, we refund the difference from the standard rate automatically, or credit it on the invoice if the order is invoiced. The service continues as ordered.
Not every address is current, and not every door is answered. If we cannot complete service, you still receive a signed declaration listing every attempt with its date, time, address and outcome. The service fee covers the attempts and is earned whether or not the person is reached.
If early attempts show the address is bad, for example because the person has moved, the property is vacant or the unit number is wrong, we contact you before making the remaining attempts. You can choose to stop, have us search for a new address with a skip trace ($75, or $40 if no new address is found), or continue at the same address. The service fee is flat and is not refunded.
You will see an itemized price before you pay. If the address is outside the seven counties, we prepare a quote by hand before anything is charged.
